Pre-committee stakeholder engagement
 This provides the implementation of the community engagement plan, with elements including full scale stakeholder engagement, online consultation, public exhibitions, public meetings, literature and other collaterals, and media management. The aim is to ensure full dissemination of accurate information, so everyone who has an interest has all the facts – opposition to planning applications is so often based upon incorrect information or rumour.
