Issues and crisis management
 On occasion, a development proposal will provoke a disproportionate response from the community, or from pressure or environmental groups, which then erupts onto a larger stage. It may even reach national media and politicians.
Assistance will be provided to the developer in managing relationships with various audiences, including the media, local authority and other key voices.
The aims are to ensure that all the public and stakeholders have accurate information about proposals, to make certain that any incorrect information in the public domain is corrected, any adverse comment is countered, and any inaccurate rumour is quashed, leading to an informed, intelligent discussion.
