WESTMINSTER BRIEFING ON SPORT AND HEALTH

Chelgate's Chairman of Client Services, Nick Wood-Dow, chaired a Westminster Briefing seminar on sport and health at the Commonwealth Club on Tuesday 12 June.
Nick was speaking alongside Tim Lamb, Chief Executive of the Central Council for Physical Recreation, and Mike Brace OBE, Chairman of the British Paralympic Association, together with Paul Thorogood, Chief Executive of the Football Foundation and Pete Bradshaw, Social Resposibility Manager of Manchester City Football Club. Delegates at the Briefing included more than 100 officers from local authorities around the UK, who were discussing the role of community sport as a tool for regeneration, social inclusion and health.June 15, 2007
