Conservative Planning Green Paper

The Conservatives have published its long-awaited Planning Green Paper. The proposed overhaul of the planning system will have a fundamental impact upon the way applications are made, and how they are decided.

Over the coming weeks, this will be discussed and debated in some detail. We will be talking to developers and consultants to get their reaction to the proposals, and the likely impact if the policies enacted should the Conservatives be elected later this year.
